Bolsters are a perfect addition to your yoga practice. They can be used to lie over, sit on, backbend over or even be placed behind the knees to support the lower back during Savasana. One is simply not enough!

This bolster has been carefully manufactured and quality tested by its creator, who has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 25 years. She even started making her own bolsters before this exciting new venture.

Filled with recycled PP Cotton it breathes well, has excellent insulation properties, and provides a comfortable and cozy feel and is highly durable and long lasting. Each bolster is made with love and is tightly packed to maintain it's shape with continued and regular use.

Each bolster is covered with a removable cover made from 100% cotton jacquard artisan handmade fabric from India. There's a drawstring end which is easy to remove and handwash as needed.

This bolster is tightly packed for durability.

It will slightly flatten over time with continued use. It's recommended to gently knead your bolster (like dough!) on all sides from time to time to help maintain its shape.

To remove the cover, carefully untie the drawstring end. Ideally hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent separately and avoid soaking for too long or use a gentle machine wash. Hang inside out in the shade to dry.

Slide the cover carefully back on the bolster and cross the ties in opposite directions to gently pull the drawstring to close. Make a small knot to secure the end tight.
